Uma Rani’s talk pro­pos­es to exam­ine two trends in AI at work:
AI devel­op­ment and invis­i­ble work­ers feed­ing AI tools and prod­ucts into AI sup­ply chains. Algo­rith­mic man­age­ment prac­tices using either AI tools or auto­mat­ed deci­sion-mak­ing process­es in ordi­nary work­places, which car­ry risks for workers.
