COATNET (ChrisÂtÂian OrganÂiÂsaÂtions Against TrafÂfickÂing NETÂwork) is an ecuÂmeniÂcal netÂwork of organÂiÂsaÂtions workÂing with ChrisÂtÂian churchÂes. MemÂbers share a joint comÂmitÂment to workÂing togethÂer to comÂbat human trafÂfickÂing and to assistÂing peoÂple who are or have been trafÂficked. COATNET conÂsists of affilÂiÂates from Catholic, ProtesÂtant and OrthoÂdox organÂiÂsaÂtions and reliÂgious congregations.
COATNET memÂbers base their fight against human trafÂfickÂing on shared ChrisÂtÂian valÂues and prinÂciÂples, such as the love of God, the inviÂoÂlaÂbilÂiÂty of human digÂniÂty, solÂiÂdarÂiÂty with the poor and nonviolence.
COATNET affilÂiÂates comÂmit themÂselves to:
